Visitor comments

  • "I took an off-piste lesson (3hrs) with 2 others from the hotel and we were guided/taught by Boris. He was a great character - very relaxed but also really inspired confidence in all 3 of us (This was just as well as he handed out our avalanche transponders and guided us under the ropes at the top of the Roche de Mio!). For a first off piste lesson it was daunting, but Boris had assessed our skiing on the way to the location and picked 2 challenging yet rewarding and ultimately enjoyable slopes on which to teach us some skills. A great and very memorable experience." - Trip Advisor
  • "We (me and my girlfriend) had 2 days 2 hours private snowboard lessons. The lessons were awesome and off great value (and great powder as well ;)). We noticed the instructor himself enjoyed the lessons as much as we did. Great job guys!" - Trip Advisor
  • "We got the advanced lessons with oxygene and loved every minute of them. I have taken lessons in lots of resorts but I really liked the style of lessons and found the instruction much more useful than some other schools. Thoroughly recommend" - Trip Advisor

What to bring

Oxygene will provide all safety equipment. They recommend helmets for everyone going off-piste, plus wrist guards and protective impact shorts for snowboarders. Make sure you are wearing thermals, gloves, sun cream, sunglasses or goggles. You should feel comfortable in your boots – one pair of socks is sufficient and store them in a warm, dry place overnight.
