In respecting the architecture and the use of traditional Savoyards materials, this Pierre and Vacances Premium residence offers luxury apartments, the majority of which offer splendid, clear views of the resort and the surrounding peaks.

Their well-being centre is open to all free of charge, with indoor heated swimming pool, saunas, steam rooms, cardio-training room and relaxation room. Facial and body treatments (extra charge), herbal teas and shop featuring a wide range of beauty products.

All apartments are equipped with: fully fitted kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, multifunction oven, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric coffee-maker, toaster, cupboard/upper and lower storage space, bathroom and toilet, towel dryer radiator, TV (multi-channel national and international TV package), Wi-Fi internet access, telephone, balcony.

Generally, you’re best off choosing somewhere close for ease of access, & less far to carry your kit, easier to make changes, and quicker to return and pay at the end. Instructors & Lessons

When staying here, you’ll need to book  your own ski or snowboard lessons. Tuition is strongly recommended for complete beginners and is always a good idea whatever your level to perfect your technique. Group lessons are a great way for children to learn with their peers whilst giving you some free time on the slopes. Groups are also a generally cheaper option for adults, however, with a private instructor you’ll have undivided attention and be able to progress at your own pace.

It is packed with self-catering apartments whilst the ground floor consists of shops, conveniences, bars and restaurants. There is a Spar, tabac, souvenir and clothing shops, speciality cheese and meat stalls as well as plenty of ski hire, service shops and ski schools.

Lifts/Pistes Nearby

The newly upgraded Becoin lift running straight up from Plagne Centre discharges skiers a short blue run away and also affords easy access to the collection of black runs dropping off the back of the mountain, whilst from 1800 it’s a two lift connection back to Aime 2000.

Nightlife Nearby

This village also hosts another favourite in the form of La Rhumerie, a tiny tardis of a bar that somehow manages to fit live music in alongside crowds of customers sampling rum of every flavour, the chilli one’s not for the faint hearted! For more nightlife Plagne Centre is a stroll down the piste or a ride in the free telemetro lift, which runs past midnight.
