Hiking and Biking passes for La Plagne and Paradiski
La Plagne has a pass for walkers and mountain bikers and a hikers and bikers pass can be bought for the Paradiski area which includes neighbouring Les Arcs.
La Plagne is not well known as mountain bike destination and the lifts are not open everyday during the summer. Passes are available from Plagne Bellcotte from 9am until 4.15pm Monday to Friday and Sundays from 9am 'til 11.30 and 12.30 'til16.15.
All of the lifts that open during the summer in La Plagne are covered by one pass that can be used for walkers and cyclists. A pass can be bought for one trip, one day, six days or a season and allows the owner to ride the Montchavin, Plan Bois, Champagny, Monalbert, Fornelet and Roche charilifts as well as the Roche de Mio cable car, the Glacier Bellcotte cable car is also included but is only open to walkers.
Children under ten can use the lifts free of charge.
The Paradiski is one of the largest connected ski areas in the world bringing together the resorts of Les Arcs and La Plagne. The mighty Vanoise Express links the two resorts during the summer months and seperate passes are available for walkers and bikers for either a day or seven days.
